participate in this
year’s Christmas Craft
Show in Jamesport,
Missouri.
DATE:
Friday and Saturday,
November 28 and 29,
2008
HOURS:
9 am – 5:00 pm on
Friday; 9am – 3:00pm on
Saturday (note earlier
ending time on Saturday)

BOOTH
SPACE:
$55 (includes both days)
for a (minimum) 5’ X 10’
space. Electricity, if
needed, is $5. Access
to electricity is
limited. We are
currently re-configuring
to increase the depth of
the spaces from 5 feet
to 6’ or 8’ wherever
possible. All booths
are the same price.

LOCATION:
Inside booth spaces are
available in 3 locations
–the grade school
(cafeteria & hallway),
the high school (gym &
hallway), and the
Spillman theater
building. Each location
has a special draw –
food is available in the
grade school cafeteria,
there’s a cookie walk on
the stage in the high
school gym, and live
music in the theater
building.

YOU
SUPPLY:
tables, chairs,
extension cords (if you
need electricity), and
tape to secure the
extension cords to the
floor

SET-UP:
Thursday, Nov. 27
(Thanksgiving Day) from
4 - 7:00 pm and Friday,
Nov. 28 from 6:30 - 9:00
am. Booths must be set
up by 9:00 am Friday.

RETURNING CRAFTERS
– have first option,
providing we receive
your application by
August 1st.

NEW
CRAFTERS
– applications reviewed
after August 1st
in order received.

RULES
– Your personal,
home-made, hand-crafted
items only. If your craft requires
a purchased product,
that product must be
significantly added to,
altered, changed, and
improved upon. On the
application form, be
sure to accurately describe the items you
sell. New applicants,
please send photos. This
is a juried show. Also,
during the fair, booths
will be visited by
officials. It is our
intention to present an
enjoyable, quality craft
show.

envelope with your
application.
